How to fabricate solid surface material
> Convenient and flexible processing
> You can use ordinary wood cutting tools
> Smooth seamless connection port
> Heated to a certain temperature can be bent
> Can be mounted drilling sandblast carving
> Particularly complex shape can also be directly cast molding
Cutting: beeline or curve cutting could be finished by the cutting maching;
Drilling: Faucet hole, overflow holeļ¼?sink&basin&embedded stove hole could be done by electric drill or cutting machine.
Trimming deflashing: trimming deflashing machine with different size tool bit could satisfy different requirement.
Splicing: conglutinated with same color adhesive will be one integrated mass.
Sanding: Could sanding by maching or handwork. Sandpaper should be rough dry sanding paper to smooth water sanding paper and item should be 120#-->180#-->320# -->400#-->600#-->1000#--->1200#-->1400#
Polishing: Polishing the sheets with an amount of wax. |
